This weekend is the 31st annual Lowell Folk Festival™.
And tonight was the annual orientation meeting for the hundreds of volunteers who handle recycling, music logging, transportation, backstage duties, donation collections, performer guides, swag sales, and more in preparation for over a hundred thousand visitors.
